We are hard at work on a lot of awesome updates to Nitro Type (please read the previous post Nitro Type Features Roadmap). One of these new updates is to add fun new cars! Right now we have a list of cars we plan to make which we think you all will love.

Today I made a sizable change to the race rewards system in response to the play testing everyone has been doing since our launch last week. I will continually tweak the system to try to ensure the maximum level of playability. Here is an explanation of how the reward system works right now.

A Beta is a product that is virtually finished, but still needs extensive user testing to eliminate hidden issues. What I'm really getting at here is that Nitro Type is a brand spanking new website and most likely (almost definitely) contains several bugs, but nothing that we think is show-stopping.

I first dreamed up the concept of Nitro Type over five years ago, but at the time the web browsers were simply not capable of allowing the richness I envisioned. Now, as modern HTML5 browsers like Firefox, Chrome, Safari, and Internet Explorer 9+ begin to overtake the old guard IE8 and below, I decided the time was right. We've spent over six months building this little site, so we all really hope you enjoy it.
